Our Team

Throughout her physiotherapy career spanning nearly 30 years, Carolyn has worked in hospital, community, NGO and private roles. Carolyn has worked across most states and territories in Australia and has served on various clinical and regulatory committees in the physiotherapy and disability sectors. Carolyn has extensive experience as a business owner and in clinical management positions, completing a Senior Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School in 2021. Carolyn is passionate about allied health being accessible to all members of the community regardless of location, ethnicity, neurodiversity or socioeconomic status. Carolyn has family members with disability, including cerebral palsy and autism. Carolyn’s deep understanding of the pain points associated with accessing allied health services from both the client perspective as well as the practitioner perspective have informed the development of WaitOnce.

Scarlett McDermott is the founder of Longitude Advisory, an independent tech advisory firm serving organisations across Australia. With over a decade of experience, she specialises in helping boards and executives of growth companies leverage technology to enhance operations and drive growth. Scarlett has experience as a Chief Technology Officer, software developer, and at industry level, having worked at the Tech Council of Australia and contributed to major industry initiatives. A highlight of her career was time spent as CTO of a software scaleup through an intense period of global growth. An ongoing focus on the diversity and capability of Australia's technology workforce drives her volunteer work on various committees and groups, including as a board director at the Australian Information Security Association.

Anne Moore GAICD is an entrepreneur, board director, and advisor with over four decades of experience supporting startups, scale-ups, and complex organisations through growth, transition, and governance. She has served on multiple boards and held senior executive appointments as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources Director across technology, telecommunications, defence, higher education, and professional services. Anne brings deep expertise in leadership, capability and culture, board governance, executive accountability, operating models, investor and stakeholder engagement and the board–management interface. Beyond founding and leading two market-leading entities, Anne is also a doctoral researcher in technology and entrepreneurship, undertaking an Entrepreneurial PhD focused on AI-enabled, adaptive systems for scalable and well-governed organisations in our new world of work.
