FAQs
I already have providers—so does WaitOnce still apply to me?
If you already have your providers, WaitOnce still adds value by bringing all of your appointments into one place and making them easier to manage.
Your current providers can give you a referral code. When you enter that code into WaitOnce, your appointments with that provider automatically sync into your WaitOnce login.
This means you can:
- See all of your appointments in one place
- Manage bookings and changes easily
- View and coordinate appointments for your whole family
- Receive offers when earlier appointments become available
So even if you are not looking for new practitioners, WaitOnce helps you stay organised, respond to changes quickly, and make better use of appointment opportunities.
I manage appointments for two of my children and my elderly parent. Do I need a separate login for each of them?
No. You will have one login, using your own details.
Within your account, you can:
- Add as many children as you need
- Add your elderly parent as someone you manage appointments for
When you book an appointment or join a waitlist, you simply select which person the booking is for. Our system then tracks that appointment under their name—while still showing everything in your single dashboard.
This means you can:
- See all appointments for your whole family in one place
- Clearly see who each appointment is for
- Manage changes easily
- Keep everyone’s schedules organised without juggling multiple logins

I cannot find my current allied health practitioner in the search, what do I do?
Allied health practitioners and service providers need to subscribe with WaitOnce to appear in our search so that you can connect to them. If you cannot find your practitioner in the app, check with them that they are registered with WaitOnce.
